Noumea, New Caledonia (October 2012)

Our last stop in the South Pacific before sailing to the "Land of OZ" (Australia) was New Caledonia - the France of the South Pacific.  The food was divine and the pastries melted in our mouths - Ooh La La!  New Caledonia is a French speaking territory of France with an interesting multi-racial culture including Melanesians (Kanak's), French, Polynesians and Asians.
